The new opening by the celebrity of Italian and international haute cuisine Carlo Cracco, inaugurated last summer in Portofino, as told by resident chef Mattia Pecis.
For a project that follows a very specific philosophy, combining values such as sustainability, highlighting local ingredients and the region, aesthetic research in plating and in restaurant design, full customisation of the equipment with the complete safety of workers in mind, Cracco has relied on our experience of over half a century in the commercial kitchen sector.
