Host Milan 2025: A Choral Success that Consolidates Talenta’s International Presence

The 44th edition of Host Milano, the world’s leading trade fair for the Horeca sector, has just come to a close, and the results for Somec and its Talenta division are extraordinary. This achievement was made possible thanks to exceptional teamwork, with each member contributing passionately and professionally to the achievement of a common goal: promoting Talenta and the excellence of the companies that are part of it.

The event recorded record numbers, with thousands of visitors from over 60 different countries, confirming Host Milano as the unmissable event for professionals, operators, and decision makers in the global hospitality and catering sector.
Our stand was a constant point of reference throughout the fair, animated by contagious energy. In the area dedicated to Pizzagroup, we baked over 100 pizzas a day, thanks to the engaging live cooking sessions led by Vito Iacopelli, an internationally renowned influencer in the world of pizza, and Riccardo Tamburrano, winner of Pizzabit, a prestigious international competition in the sector.

The participation of established customers and new international players provided a valuable opportunity to showcase our products live and share the innovations that characterize this edition. Outstanding among these is the launch of the new Inoxtrend ProEvo oven: an excellent balance between advanced technology and operational practicality, designed for kitchens that require efficient multi-level management. Pizzagroup also presented its new aesthetic line, with a particular focus on the innovative features of Pyralis, already previewed on our social media channels and received with great interest by visitors. Primax, with its new Fast and Top line blast chillers, has simplified the work of professionals by digitizing cold management. Finally, Gico captured attention with its distinctive monoblock, characterized by refined burnishing that enhances its exclusive design.
