PERFORMANCE AND RELIABILITY: the H+ Modular Range at CASA SAVINI, Milan

GICO, a leading company in the professional kitchen sector, becomes a key player in a new restaurant venture, this time in the heart of Milan. We are in Via Cusani 8: this is where the new Casa di Savini Tartufi has opened, a venue already highly popular with the Milanese, organised over two floors and led by the chef Karol Terruzzi in the kitchen. 

The ground floor features a lounge bar for aperitifs and drinks, then a restaurant with seating for 50 is on the mezzanine floor. The venue is always fully booked at lunch and dinner, a situation that therefore requires a high-performance kitchen for optimum management. 

This is why Karol Terruzzi, who already had concrete experience of the functionality and performance of GICO kitchens with the opening of Dvca Giardino in the San Siro district of Milan, decided to rely on the company in the Somec Gruppo, for guaranteed quality and efficiency. The model chosen and specifically made for Casa Savini wins for both aesthetic appeal and functionality: “A kitchen that is not only aesthetically beautiful but also sturdy and long-lasting”. But what makes it the best choice is the willingness to meet customer satisfaction: “The Milanese are very discerning and sophisticated, most of our guests arrive in the short space of a few hours. The H+ Modular Kitchen by GICO enables us to meet everyone’s needs and be 100% efficient”. 

At Casa Savini, all the equipment in the tailor-made kitchen is the latest generation: from the Primax refrigerated base unit to the Inoxtrend oven. The latter, in particular, also allows you to programme low-temperature cooking at night, “we can prepare food even when we are not in the kitchen”. The guarantee for such provision lies in the partnership between GICO, Primax and Inoxtrend, part of the TALENTA division of Somec Gruppo. 

Not to be overlooked is also the focus on detail when it comes to needs: while Casa Savini has found an ideal and functional partner in GICO, the latter also has a highly attentive service centre, promptly providing full assistance for restaurateurs.
