The Michelin-Starred Chef DAVIDE PULEIO does it again in Rome and reconfirms his partnership with GICO in the kitchen
GICO has implemented an important new project in the capital city. This time, the Michelin-starred chef Davide Puleio has reconfirmed the excellent efficiency of GICO kitchens. Already a loyal partner of the professional kitchens in the Somec Group for Pulejo, his Michelin-starred restaurant in the Prati district of Rome, Davide extends his commitment to the now more than 50-year-old venue with the opening of Isotta Trattoria Cortese.
“The project was started about a year ago and now comes to life in the Torrevecchia district, headed by the chef Saverio Pasquali.” It is not just another fine dining experience, but a typical trattoria with a high level of elegance, hospitality and quality. A different offering featuring the same warm welcome as Pulejo with the atmosphere of a restaurant reminiscent of a familiar and hospitable environment. An offering that, as the name suggests, focuses on ‘courtesy’, that of a grandmother, “granny Isotta”, specifies Davide.
And here GICO comes into play again: “GICO has been by my side since I opened Pulejo in late March 2022. I have always greatly believed in the company and I have an excellent relationship with all the staff. I’m particularly satisfied with its products, which adapt according to the needs of the chef and the entrepreneur, depending on the different type of project chosen.”
Isotta focuses on a superior quality offering that also caters for a large number of diners. Hence, a partner that is both reliable and fully functional is essential. “Induction ranges, high-quality equipment, and efficiency. These are all features that the H+ modular kitchen by GICO provides. This is why we have also chosen the company for Isotta.”
