GICO teams up with Molino Dallagiovanna on the most beautiful golf courses in Italy

The seventh edition of Ristogolf, the Restaurateurs Association of Hoteliers & Co. Golfers, is in progress. It combines sport and haute cuisine in a travelling circuit along some of the most picturesque golf courses in Italy.

 

At each stage, during the match, players can enjoy a few gourmet breaks at the small bars located between the various holes on the golf course. The pizza stand is entrusted to Molino Dallagiovanna, a benchmark company since 1832, which selects and researches the best grains.

 

To offer high-quality products, advanced technologies are needed, which is why il Molino has chosen GICO as its travel companion for this 2018 season.

The COSMO oven guarantees perfect results for the gourmet pizza, which impressed the golfers for being both fragrant and evenly cooked.

 

In the first stage of the season, in the magnificent setting of Golf Club Castelconturbia (Novara) on hole 18, the pizza chefs baked the gourmet “pinsa” with different types of filling. COSMO was in action throughout the day, up to the final strokes, to offer the golf players a high-quality, delicious break.

 

The next event is scheduled for 27 June at the Bologna Golf Club. Molino Dallagiovanna and GICO await you. What will we be baking on the second stage of the tour?
