Over the course of 50 years, GICO has acquired technical know-how and experience in designing professional kitchens that are entirely Made in Italy. For half a century we have been designing, planning and implementing customised solutions in order to meet all requirements in the catering industry. In late 2021, we officially presented our new line of modular kitchens at Host Milano, the world-leading exhibition dedicated to the hospitality and catering industry.

With H+, GICO propels the modular kitchen into the future with customised designs and cutting-edge solutions in the following fields:

• HYGIENE – Continuous welding, chamfered corners, bayonet joint and double drainer recess. Finely crafted details make cleaning and sanitising each product much easier not only before but also during and after serving.

• SAFETY – A new worktop with a radius corner and built-in drip tray, greater control panel inclination, ergonomic steel knobs, cabinets with a radius base and insulated doors, all designed to ensure maximum safety for operators.

• DESIGN – Harmony and aesthetic appeal translate into a line of modular kitchens with a clean, captivating design, which meet the needs of chefs and entrepreneurs in the catering industry. A cutting-edge design, combined with ergonomic details, customisation and technology.

• PERFORMANCE – Sturdier worktops, elements that can be connected to an optimiser with significant improvements in terms of energy efficiency while always ensuring high performance levels. Thanks to the new induction generators, the space underneath the equipment can also be optimised as there is no need for technical rooms.

• SUSTAINABILITY – GICO not only cares about the health and safety of its operators, but also about the environment.
