An example is Guild Siena, a luxury home to experience old age in a new way, seen as an opportunity to live, after many responsibilities and sometimes sacrifices, in good health. And good health cannot be ensured without good nutrition, healthy and wholesome food, prepared – why not? – with the best possible techniques and tools.
So that is why the design of the kitchens for the Guild Siena luxury residence for the elderly was implemented by the very people who have been guaranteeing the best equipment in the kitchen, in terms of leading-edge products and efficiency, for more than 50 years. GICO provided its H+ modular kitchen for the facility, integrated with Primax baking and refrigeration systems, also part of the SOMEC Group’s Talenta division.
A partnership that will not stop at the first luxury residence for the elderly, which indeed already has an expansion project in the pipeline, for which GICO will also be considered as a partner, at the service of the catering business.
The choice of GICO’s new modular line responds to requirements for utmost modularity and great cooking performance that the facility demanded. The H+ Modular Range, indeed, provides even more safety for operators, thanks to pluses such as a new 75mm 20/10-thick H top with rounded edge and integrated drip tray, steel knobs with insulating system, and insulated doors.
