L’Associazione Italiana, which welcomes high level professionals of the Restaurant world, and who we’ve been proud partners with for 4 years, has launched the new – and highly-anticipated – In the Kitchen Tour season.
2020 promises a truly special Tour: postponed due to the pandemic, it’s now taking off fueled by passion and an eagerness to start again. CHIC chefs and GICO will come together to celebrate the Bel Paese’s territories and the marvelous ingredients that have established our culinary tradition as one of the most admired in all the world. There will also be a particular attention dedicated to sustainability and the environment.
We begin with Puglia, a region known all throughout the world for its excellent quality products, and the hometown of newly-elected CHIC president Chef Angelo Sabatelli.
A B2B meeting beginning with the most classic of the CHIC challenges: a culinary jam session that has seen the various chefs as protagonists, called upon to transform Pugliese products into creative and authentic dishes, completely improvised on the spot, with the marvelous support of GICO appliances.
In conclusion, a super special 10 Hands Dinner: 5 important protagonists of the Pugliese restaurant scene will skillfully present the best of their region with a 5 course tasting menu.
