Gico alongside its partners in the 7 most important european Horeca events

24 March 2023

Ensuring significant performance, state-of-the-art functionalities, new technologies and a strong focus on energy saving are decidedly the qualities underlying GICO’s philosophy. But to give them their due value, the company does not forget the relationship of trust and reliability that it constantly cultivates with its resellers and its public of chefs and caterers in Italy and abroad.

Evidence of this commitment is GICO’s active participation in major trade fairs and industry events, giving Horeca professionals the opportunity to see the latest innovations in the world of Professional Kitchens first hand. Starting with SIGEP, the International Trade Show of Artisan Gelato, Pastry, Bakery and the Coffee World, during which GICO showcased itself together with SOMEC Food Equipment.

In addition to the Rimini Trade Fair, GICO has been and will be present in as many 7 different events throughout Europe in the first three months of the year alone, alongside partners and resellers with whom it has cultivated a relationship of mutual trust over the years.

The year opened with the Horecava trade fair in Amsterdam. From 9 to 12 January, GICO was alongside Horeca Innovatie for the occasion with the new H+ line, bringing the Passante 110 modular kitchen directly to the fair.

The same line was featured both at the Horeca Trade Fair in Athens, from 10 to 13 February, alongside Diakoumakos, and at the Hospitality trade fair in Riva del Garda (Italy), where, in collaboration with Borz, the proposal on display was a true replica of the monobloc kitchen created for chef Carlo Cracco in his restaurant in Portofino.

The GICO monobloc cooking suite is the quintessence of customisation: each time, depending on the needs, a product is made from scratch, a unique piece. The result is a combination of design, ergonomics, performance and safety, tailored to the chef’s needs. This was also showcased at the Catex Ireland exhibition, which took place in Dublin from 21 to 23 February, alongside the local reseller Corcoran.

Closing the events which have already taken place was RistorExpo in Erba, which in early March saw the H+100 Fusion Nera on show, complete with a fusion top at the stand of the customer Linea Zappa.

The next events will be Paestum Wine Fest from 25 to 27 March and Gate & Gusto in Foggia from 26 to 28 March. In the Campania event, in collaboration with reseller Pama Arredamenti, GICO will present its H+ Fusion Nera kitchen, while in the three-day event in Foggia, complete with Primax refrigerators, the replica of the Monobloc created for Carlo Cracco will once again be on display alongside the architect who designed it, Giuseppe Toma.

All these occasions tell the story of a company committed not only to supporting its resellers, but also, and above all, to maintaining a profound and constant relationship with them based on trust and collaboration. A company that, thanks to the network it has been able to build in more than half a century of history, is able to operate extensively on a global scale.
